Transcript for "GEMINI ENTERPRISE + ANTIGRAVITY 2.0: Clearing The Fog And Taking Flight": Really cool, awesome, basically, weekly, monthly updated videos. I'm gonna take this moment to talk about Hi. I'm Matt Worstead. I'm here to talk to you guys about the agenda journey. Manage, please, don't feel shy. Hold that'll be answered from the last session and no results from that hold. Easy way to add value to your AI system internally. Making sure you can see me. Making sure you can hear me. Hey, everybody. How's it going? Happy Wednesday. Thank you so much for joining this Wursta, AI Learning Academy session. This is session 11, guys. This is session 11. What what grade would our child be if if he was 11? I I don't know. I have a three year old. I don't I don't think that far ahead. Welcome everybody on in this Wednesday to, AI Learning Academy. My name is Chris Hopkins Ward. I am an enable an AI enablement specialist at Wursta. So glad to have you here. If you guys wouldn't mind throwing your where you're from in the chat, either company or, you know, locally or, you know, like, location based, where you're from. I just wanna see who's here, and say hi to some folks, some old friends, some new friends, etcetera. Oh, someone's from North Carolina. Hey, Jean. Thank you for joining. It's nice to see you, and we got, to Anthony. Nice. Also okay. Maybe Anthony knows Jean possibly. That's nice. Steven, Chris, thank you guys for being here. Matthew. Oh, Minneapolis. Okay. I have to visit Minneapolis. So glad to have you guys here. Let me share my screen and get things rocking and rolling. Here we go. One second as well. Woah. Okay. Yeah. So, yeah, today, we're gonna be doing AI Learning Academy, Gemini Enterprise and anti gravity, two point o, clearing the fog and taking flight. Along with me, you'll see later is a very special guest. His name is Jacob Ortoni. He is our principal AI developer extraordinaire, and he has some really awesome demos to show us. So hopefully so please stick around towards the end. I would say probably in, like, twenty, twenty five minutes ish. We'll get through some demos, and, and you can ask questions and and, play along and and see if you have anything else that interests you during this presentation. Alright? So, yeah, we got welcome and introductions. I'm gonna talk through some Gemini updates that I found important, that I found that we that I thought that we should be, we should be talking about. Sorry. And then, and then after that, we'll talk I'll talk about Gemini Enterprise and Anti Gravity two point o because the whole thing has changed if you've only just, you know, if you jump back into Gemini Enterprise or even haven't looked at it for, like, six months, four months, three months. It's a whole it's different UI. It's a different system, and and things are upgraded all the time. Then we'll do some demos, at the end of that and then, give time for some q and a and talk about the Wursta Center of Gemini Center of Excellence. Alright? So to remind you of of who we are, we are worst at. No. We don't have that song. But, we, our framework is AI transformation. So we take companies through to the next step of, handling them through the crazy crazy world that, AI developments, are surrounding us in. So we help companies, for in a variety of ways, with a with a a huge impactful team of experts. Everything from giving a company an an agentic readiness rating, checking out your environment, making sure there's no hostile attacks that can happen, or or, people, overspending or under budgeting. We do platform alignment and workforce augmentation. We deliver. We are experts at delivering training and getting training to stick. Also, we have an amazing, security compliance team on board with us. So we review security configurations and, actually, we have an app built now that will that can, deliver, missing security pieces that that you can be aligned with. Then we also help team workflow enhancement and data intelligence. We we go through the gambit of business process, agentic implementation. And then at the very end, we because, you know, this world changes every single day, and makes our jobs exciting, we do adaptive AI influencing, which basically means that we continue to meet with your company and overview with the latest and greatest of AI and current technology trends, standards, needs, etcetera. Okay? So that's who we are. That's what we do. We work with companies all over the world, not just in America. Here, I'm making my slides bigger. I see that that's that change that sharing them was awkward. But, yeah, that's us. So please reach out to your account manager or reach out to any to sales@worsted.com if you wanted to to to or accounts@worsted.com to see if, you need help. And also check out our website. But, yeah, let's talk about Gemini updates. And this is just mainly Gemini workspace updates I like to do at the very start. That's just for those folks who aren't paying for Gemini Enterprise, from the get go. So you should know that, for instance, within the last month, you could connect more more tools to Gemini, in Workspace. What does this mean? Well, honestly, it's rolling out right now. I haven't seen a lot about it, but let me show you what I have seen from it. If you go into and and, by the way, you'll get these slides at the end. I'm gonna click in. If you go over here let's share this tab. Basically, they're saying, basically, they're saying that you're gonna be able to connect with these third party resources in Gemini workspace very, very soon through m through MCP servers or integrations. What I have found out, what this looks like, is if you go into this site over here, and you go over to this Google Workspace Marketplace integrations page over here. Here we go. We found it. Here are the now Google Workspace integrations within your data within Gemini that you can now connect. Now these are all you have to approve them within, the admin console. I haven't found exactly where it is in the admin console even though it literally tells you where it is, which, by the way, it says it's in apps, Google Workspace, and Gemini for Workspace third party connectors. That doesn't exist yet. Whoops. I was sharing the wrong thing. My bad. Let me share again. Yeah. So it says it's right here. It it it it's not there yet, but note that, it is, rapid and scheduled release available now. And that probably means that if you're not in any of those, domains, which mean and rapid and scheduled are are the basic, like, top tier to or they're, like, 80 of domains. The rest of it will be following shortly within the next week, so look out for that. Yes. Let's go back. Manage external sharing of Gemini notebook in the admin console. I just wanted to call that out because that is huge. With Gemini notebook in Google Workspace, it used to be just sharing internally only, but now it is an admin console feature where you can now share and manage external sharing of notebooks, which is a huge huge difference to how you want to, integrate those notebooks into your workflows. Do you want do you have third party clients that you also wanna collaborate with on notebooks with with how you're working with them? This opens up a gambit of different, workflows and and, and ways to do things and ways to, use AI to achieve your goals. Next is Gemini based data classification in Google Drive is now available in open beta. This is very interesting. It's in open beta in, right over here. By the way, for the record, I get all of my updates from workspaceupdates.googleblog.com, if you wanna find out where that is. But, usually, Gemini based data classification in Google Drive is very interesting because we used to actually sell this as not Gemini based. Technically, you would have to get a team to actually categorize your own data for a model. That's how it used to be or or how it is if you're not in the beta. You have to go through and say, oh, these 100 files, I am manually adding them as legal. And then the AI, the way that data class classification used to work is the AI would read those as, like, as legal. And then once the model was trained on that, then it could be trained for in the future of of future legal documents as an example. Right? And this means that you could probably enforce, DLP, policies on them, retention rules, etcetera, because AI is automatically labeling something as legal when it is added to your maybe your company's Google Drive. Right? But now you can now add AI completely into the labeling itself. Now you don't have to do it manually. Now you write the instructions for Gemini to label your data so that that you can make it sensitive so that you can apply those extra rules to it. So this is a beta right now, and you should check out the help and and this and this site to learn more. But I found that to be really interesting. And then my last update I wanna talk about is custom instructions in Gemini and Workspace now available in more apps. What does that mean? Well, let me show you. This means and I kinda shared this a little bit ago. By the way, our last session was on Workspace Studio, so please check out our last session as as well if you're interested. But I talked about this in, a a different session. But if you go to docs.new or whatever, a new document, and you have your your AI over here, I noticed this thing called settings and personalization. So I noticed this, which means that you could add in, skills with just within Google Docs. So it could be which was very interesting. I was like, they didn't even announce this. What's going on? So I said, for every question, begin your answer with sure, boss. I can help with that. And it would only work for asking a question within docs in the side panel. Well, now if I go over here to the side panel in Gmail, in Drive, in Doc Sheet Slides, and I say, you know, for instance, summarize my my Gmail. It should say, sure boss right here as well. Let's see. Sure boss, I can help with that. Great. So it does that, but I can now edit my personalization across my entire side panel. So I can say, you know, from now on, show me action items first. So from here, it'll say, oh, take that info, and it will go, great. Should I add this to your saved instructions? And I'm gonna say yes. And now my side panel within workspace will always, if I'm summarizing my email, show me my immediate action items first before it's doing that. I've saved your instructions. Show me action items first. Boom. So let's see if it's in there. Let's go into my settings, personalization. There we go, and it's right there in my settings, and that will go throughout my entire workspace. Pretty cool. Not a lot of people know about that. But if you're in the side panel all day and if you're just going back and forth to Doc Sheet, Slides, Drive, it's great to add in your personalization settings in that in that manner. Awesome. So let's now get into the run of show of let's see here. Let me present my screen again back into my slides. Here we go. Okay. Great. Am I good? I'm good. Cool. So, here's how the next, I would say, twenty, twenty ish minutes go, twenty maybe thirty minutes ago. First half is me. It's a it's a quick refresher of the Gemini enterprise and, everything that's changed recently because a lot of it has, and then the connection into anti gravity two point o and what that is if you're not aware of it. Second section will be Jacob. Jacob's gonna be, the fun part, I would say. I'll try and make this fun, though. I promise. But he's gonna put an agent to work live, with anti gravity, where you'll actually watch it do its job. So stick around for that. But before that end up that, happens, I have a quick question for you all. Abel, would you mind putting up the poll really, really quickly? Alright. So polls are now visible. So go to the polls tab in the lower right, and you can see the question is what what's the biggest thing slowing your slowing AI down at your org? Is it getting people to actually use it, security and governance questions, cost and budget predictability, or making it work with the tools we already have? Of those of those four, I know there's probably other exam other reasons, but I'm starting it with with these, with these answers. Can people see the the poll in the section? And, Abel, are we getting poll answers? Can we show the poll answers is my question while people are still answering it? Abel, can we show yeah. Take off screen sharing. Oh, you're right. My bad. I will do that right now. Boop. It's off. Alright. Let's show the alright. So, looks like four people said security and governance questions. That's interesting. Okay. I was more expecting a different answers, but cost and predictability, and then anyone else oh, and then we've got two people saying making it work with the tools we already have. That's interesting. But it looks like the majority of people here thank you for answering. Security and governance questions. Interesting. Well, it's good that you've got Jacob on the call because, Jacob can answer a lot of those questions, and he's actually I can see him very excited on the side. He's excited to answer those as well. So so that's interesting. Oh, and then we got cost and budget predictability. We'll be talking about that too. So, so that's great. Awesome. I'm gonna share my slides back again. Well, if you don't mind, screen sharing. We're going back. Alright. We're gonna stay here for a little bit now. Okay. That's very interesting. Got it. So security and governance questions and cost and budget predictability. Interesting. Well, I'm gonna start with a quick little video, make sure I I that you guys can hear it. Who knows what movie that is from? Anybody know what movie that clip is from? In the chat, you can call it out. Yes. Yes. Great. Anybody know? Classic yep. Ferris Bueller's Day Off. That's right. Ferris. Ferris, I would call an early adopter of automation. That's that's what I would call him. I mean, terrible ethics, of course, but great instincts. He's and and you I can want you guys to notice what he actually built there. It it's, it's basically, a machine that handles things in a variety of different formats. So you've got the audio happening with the snoring. You've got the actual movement of the body happening, when it opens the door that is that is, like, weighted. So, that's interesting. And that's a lot of how we actually work right now is we work through a lot of we we're in we're in mail, we're in we're in third party applications, we're in we're creating docs and slides and and and going in through spreadsheets, and we're using all these different, technologies to try and do our work when we can have AI do a lot of that for us. Right? So, let's start with what's actually changed, with Gemini Enterprise, because if you look at it a bit ago, it's a little bit different now. And I also wanna show you where I can where you can find these changes as well. I had it open, but we or I'll I'll show you guys later. But, first one is agent designer is now workflow builder. It's changed a little bit. So I'm gonna share my screen to show you what I mean by just going into one of our internal, AI, or or Gemini enterprise that I don't use a lot. So let's show show, this. But you can see if you go into agents here in Gemini enterprise welcome to Gemini enterprise, by the way. You actually one second here. Let me refresh. Wait. I'm using the wrong one. Let me stop sharing. Let me share something else. One second, guys. Give me one second. My bookmarks went away. And what I was just demoing didn't work. And there we go. Give me one more second, guys. Sorry. Not not all demos are perfect. But I had that one prepped. So interesting. Ah, here we go. Found it. Here we go. We're back. So now when you create an agent, you actually have two options here. You have your chat agent and then now you have your workflow builder, which is sort of the same idea, but it's built around stringing together a bunch of steps, and instead of configuring an agent, to do work and and then watching it happen. Right? So, so this one is worth definitely definitely another look. So from here, I can, for instance, summarize my calendar, and we're gonna click this hat and make it happen. But there are also multiple templates. I'm gonna enable actions over here and enable more connectors over this way, Enable my mail. Here we go. And when it creates the workflow, you can see that now it's sort of like workspace studio where first, it has an order of operations where it does that something every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at nine. Fetch as calendar events, searches email, searches web, and you can see all these different things. Oh, and then this needs info. So I would click into here and say, oh, replace the placeholder with the email address this should send to. Interesting. So this is now all within AI. I can see my connected apps if I wanted to connect third party sources into any of these workflows if I wanted to. I can see the model that it's using as well. And by the way, 3.8 Flash is coming out very, very soon, and that's a new update I'll be talking about as well. Let's go back in and edit that daily brief. I can see the output if I wanted it structured or in plain text, as well. So there's a real a lot of different ways that I can, really manage and make this specific if I needed to. And from here, I can turn it on. I can save it. I can share it. And also, if you didn't notice we're gonna go back here. You can see there's more templates, that are available, and these templates can also be shared internally. So I could create a workflow template or an admin could probably create a workflow template, and have that available as an internal template as well. But very, very, very, very, very cool. Let's go back into my slides. The Slack connector is revamped as well. So that, updated, I wanna say, on the September 2. I don't have a demo for that, unfortunately, but I just wanted to call that out, so that you can notice that and try the Slack connector again. And then finally, we have the FedRAMP high data storage. So, basically, at the end of August, they, basically, a huge amount of of your government, health care, finance, anywhere compliance conversation or, happens, it it this is very, unblocked. So so a lot of data stores got ahead and got added that are that feature really high compliance. None of this to me is really a huge headline, though. The headline is where these, updates take you and where they make what's possible for them, which is where we're sort of going to next. But, first, I wanna talk about the model. 3.8 Flash just came out. It's benchmarking very, very well. In fact, I put a link in here so you can see the benchmarks. Woah. Over here. I wanna call out that Gemini and Google have always had the cheapest models for the power that you give them. I know a lot of people are using Claude, Opus, SONNET right now. For me, I I use that occasionally. I kinda feel like it's taking a flame thrower to simple questions, and and really, I'm getting sometimes too much information and spending a lot of money, which is why, companies should really, really look out for, internal folks using Claude, because comparatively, the models are quite insane in just in terms of cost. But also in terms of value, 3.8 is really, really, really, really awesome in terms of all of these different benchmarkings. And it's also really good for finance and data reading as well, I've been reading. So, please check out 3.8. Yeah. And then the same question is, how do you actually buy this thing? Business edition starts at $21 a seat. These are the costs. You can, of course, talk with your account manager to see if you can get deals with Google depending on how many, you know, seats you wanna fill. And businesses for teams of up to, like, I would say, 300 with no real IT lift. That's what I would say. And then standard starts at $30, and that's where you get unlimited seats, higher quotas, third party agents, tighter compliance story. And then Plus and Frontline are are, they're like a sales conversation. I'd say Google doesn't publish those rates, so, so I can't make that up for you. So, and then there's a pay as you go option now. That's a new update, which is generally useful if you want to prove, like, value before anyone signs anything. There so there's no base fee. You just pay for what you consume. And then there's a caveat to all this as well. Seat pricing covers the seat, but heavy use consumes compute that bill separately. So, budget for both lines, if you're thinking about doing the math, and not just, like, per user. So a user could spend more than that seat is worth. And then another thing to flag because we're talking about anti gravity with Jacob as well. Jacob, well, anti gravity needs a standard or a plus c of Gemini Enterprise. It's not doesn't work for business edition and it's not in a regular workspace plan. So, if you're doing the math in your head during the demo, do it at thirty and and not at twenty one. Okay? Awesome. I'm gonna stop sharing again, and we're gonna do another poll because I love polls. And, this next one, if you guys wouldn't mind, number two. Let's get the poll out there in front too, Abel. Yeah. There we go. Which of these would help your team most right now? Building multi step workflows without code, compliance great security, fast spreadsheet and document analysis, or connecting the tools we already use? Interesting. So far, we've got a clear winner, a clear leader, building multistep workflows without code. We hear this a lot. And in fact, that's one of our our our main, deployment specialties is is multistep workflows and agents, which is interesting to what I'm about to talk about as well. Okay. Alright. I'm gonna share my screen again. So the other update I didn't show you in Gemini enterprise is skills, which are exactly what people need, really, honestly. So skills, the idea is simple. So instead of explaining the same procedure, to an AI every time, you teach it once and then you package it. So this is how we review a drive folder or this is how we triage an intake request. Now it's a thing that you can point at and you can reuse and you can actually share with the team. So back to that demo that I was doing with Gemini Enterprise, skills now live over here. You can create a skill with Gemini, browse skills, or upload a skill. Here's a bunch of skills that are already installed from Google. So you can see contract review, project updates, brand voice, and a skill is very, very simple. I'm just gonna install this one, and you can see that I can now edit this as a skill that I can now reference when I am using Gemini. This is a fully built out Google skill that I would probably edit to make it, you know, company specific, of course, and then maybe I would publish it, within my company. But, hey. I can now create a skill with Gemini just describing a skill. Hey. We we already use this. We always have this process, and the skill is then implemented and embedded within everybody's Gemini enterprise, protocols. Okay? So yeah. So, so a skill you build in Gemini Enterprise, it travels, as I as I said, and and also travels not just around Gemini Enterprise, but you can bring it into anti gravity, which is what Jacob will be showing as well. So that just basically gives the skill much more horsepower. Anti gravity isn't a separate thing I would say you have to learn from scratch. It's it's it's where the stuff you're already building, gets to run a lot harder, which brings me to a good question. What's anti gravity? That's a good question, Chris and anybody else who's who's who's interested. So maybe you've heard the name anti gravity. You maybe know anti gravity as a coding tool. That's a that's a different thing. What we're talking about is is, the desktop app, and it's built for office work and not technically engineering, but you could use it for engineering if you wanted to. It's an app. It runs on, Mac, Linux, Windows, and inside it is, agents that do multi step work for you. That's what it does. It can fill out weekly status reports. It can take spreadsheets and build decks, and it can reach quite a lot. It can and I'm gonna name all these three and and go over them so it doesn't surprise people. So it can reach your Google Apps. So that's, you know, Gmail Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Vids, all, you know, all of those, chat. And each connector signs in as you, and it sign that sign in lives, on your laptop. So there's no shared password, no new admin account, and it only sees what you already see. And then it reaches your computer, so it can work with your files that you have locally as well if you need, but it never but you can also scope it to working with the folders that you define before it asks to run anything. And then it can connect to the web. It can connect to the Chrome browser. So you can drive a browser. And it actually, I believe Jake is gonna show this in the demo because, it's the answer, because it's the answer for every system that you've got that that has no API, basically. It takes on its own separate Chrome profile. It it has an allow list that starts completely empty, and, so so yeah. So it can use the web as well. Can even probably access chat within it. Yeah. And then also you can put it on a schedule. So, you can so drafts are waiting for you instead of you remembering what to go or what to where to go or what to do or how to ask. Okay? So, it isn't a cloud service coming away at 3AM. It it's running on your machine. So, technically, if your machine is, like, closed, then it wouldn't do what it's what it's asking for. I believe, Jacob, right, anti gravity can't run when when you turn off your computer? You can answer that when you come back on when you when you're on. That that's that's a question for me. And then, it doesn't need it does need a standard and a plus or a plus seat, same as I mentioned earlier. Okay? Yeah. So here's the thing about anti gravity, and and it's rather I'd rather say this out loud than have people wondering. Yeah. It can do a whole heck of a lot. It can operate a machine. It can drive a browser. It can do a lot with you just hovering over it, basically, and stepping back and watching it work. Right? So a very a very sensible person might be like, how do I stop someone in my team from doing the bad things with it or or or the terrible things to with it. Right? Well well, that's this slide. You get visibility, in how you're using it, how they're using it, and what they're spending in it, from the admin console and will the count will the console console or the cloud console. So you do things like you can set hard spending limits. You can, so so a team cannot physically go over a certain budget or a or a certain money threshold. You've got prompt and response logging and metadata logging. So there's an audit trail, and, you control which m MCP servers are approved. So nobody's connecting to some random unvetted data store with anti gravity. And you can put policies around browser automation as well and what an agent's allowed to reach on a local machine. So so yeah. So that's what you can do with with anti gravity in in terms of security. It's high autonomy, but there's central control over that. So it's like it's like a dial that you can turn up to eleven if you wanted to, but you have that control to turn that dial up as high as you want it to go. Alright? So, yeah. And it probably matters day to day of what someone actually wants to use antigravity for at the end of the day. So so here's, here's sort of the the safety story, that I would that I would call it. It's it drafts and you send. So there's always a human in the loop when you're working with anti gravity. So, a Gmail draft will be sitting in your in your in your, you know, inbox, getting ready to go out. You know, a a new doc can be created, but nothing reaches a customer without a person reading it first, and a send action isn't even granted within, anti gravity, so it doesn't have that key. K? There's there's a few specifics that people ask about with anti gravity is, if it when it needs the web, it opens up its own separate browser full profile with its own profile icon, I believe, but it's not riding around on your everyday cookies or sign ins. The allow list starts at nothing, so sites get added in one at a time. And loading a page versus clicking something on it are are two different permissions, that you have to turn on within anti gravity. So so back to Ferris Bueller for a second. His whole setup worked because he decided when the machine did what when. Right? That's so the end so the machine, the whole the whole Rube Goldberg system didn't improvise out of anything. His was purely structured. Right? And that's and you can add that same structure to anti gravity as well. So Jacob's just around the corner. He's he's he's coming up right now, but I wanna take a look at these quick six workflows to see if any of these are for you because these could be anti gravity workflows. So maybe it's something like, meeting follow ups or pre meeting briefs, anything that has to do with a meeting. You could today, that's something like twenty minutes of searching, trying to refresh what's happened, what's going on, forgotten. Now you can have anti gravity just boom, give you a one page, external meeting summary, threads, things like that. Weekly staff reports. These are take so many so much so long. But you have a template that you can have anti gravity doing in the background during your week long, maybe taking a log of your calendar events and what you've been doing, what you've been tracking with your machine. Inbox triage, receivable reminders, all of these take a long time that you can really, shorten that gap up with anti gravity as well as just creating a deck from a spreadsheet. You can basically create a lock template in Drive and have anti gravity to the rest. Alright. Jacob's gonna show you a few of these demos live. So I'm just gonna bring them in. That's what I'm gonna do. So, Jacob, please, come in, and please introduce yourself. Oh, it's can you hear me? So, I'm Jacob, and, I'm more still as principal AI architect. A lot of people, think that I'm a developer, because I understand things or try to from the code on that, to really kind of understand what it takes to actually build the solutions, what it takes to maintain the solutions. And a lot of this is only possible using tools like anti gravity. And so I'm gonna kinda bring you into my own workflows. And, you know, there's a little mess, but you get to see essentially, it pushed to its limits, and and how much time it saves me, which I estimate is probably at least two to three hours a day. Amazing. Yeah. That's awesome. So the first demo I I I sort of would like to see is maybe, something that has to do with, autonomous drive, organization. Do you have something that. the anti gravity can do with that? Oh, yeah. So, you know, my role typically involves understanding things, complicated things, and then translating that to human language and translating it to value and and maintaining all of these, you know, knowledge bases, etcetera. And these knowledge bases are for set up for multiple teams. A lot of people, a lot of cooks in the kitchen, things gets, pretty busy and just don't have time to maintain all of these. And I'm talking about, you know, Google Drive organization, but, fundamentally, the same tools could be used for, analysis of your websites and the distribution of information in your websites, anything. It could be Internet knowledge, Jira boards, whatever it is. It's all very similar. So let me share my screen and show. you. I'm sure everybody here in this call has a great Google Drive that is completely organized. That's that's the one constant of every company we always talk with is their Google Drive is immaculate. So tell us Okay. so tell me what you were seeing right here. So this is. anti gravity. This is integrity, and this is just this is actually my my own work, which is running. Typically, at least once a week, I do a comprehensive audit of competitive analysis pretty much from the technical foundations on up between, Azure and Microsoft, agents and everything, Google Cloud plus Gemini enterprise, AWS, Bedrock, and Amazon services. And then it was it's Atlassian and it's kind of emerging as an Oracle or emergence competitor. So I do some analysis of those two. Any one of those is beyond human comprehension. And so what I do is, have fairly serious prompts, and this is in goal mode. And so anti gravity's goal mode says, here's the goal. Do the work. Figure out how to do it until you're done. And it will go and figure out how to do it until it's done. But you can restrict it again, you know, within the cloud console, number of developer security settings. You know, these are the tools available to you. Here's the organizational data tools available to you. You know, do not execute things on your computer outside of the project. You know, restrict you to, you know, an allow list for websites that you browse, or you can just turn it off and then, you know, access anything. And so you have control over all of these things. And so here, you know, do deep dives of all of these platforms, and then I synthesize these into, differential analysis between the platforms. And these are, you know, probably take about an hour or so to do autonomously while I'm doing other work. And you can see here, it worked for sixty hours because I turned it off and went to sleep and then, working on multiple machines. So but this. is a this is just a Chromebook, and and so, you know, just a Chromebook. So you just created a developer environment in Chromebook, installed this, and and it just runs. So, this is just ongoing. Let me show you a little bit, a little bit more. So I've got yeah. You know, it's kind of what I was mentioning before. We have, kind of multiple oh, actually, this is an interesting one. One of the things that is very I find very interesting is that if you if you have people who are working on lots of different things, it's very difficult for them to keep everyone updated about all of their different projects. And so I have anti gravity essentially analyze my computer for all of the same directories, analyze, you know, my, you know, share directories as well, and then classify them based on whether they're internal or external, describe what that project is based on the files, look at the file activity, and then create this comprehensive report of all of the things that I'm working on dated by which day I've worked on them, lab worked on them. So, you know, I automatically have that upload to, Google Drive, share it with my management plane. And if they're like, oh, we should do x, and they use Gemini enterprise, Gemini enterprise already has that as a data source. It's like, oh, Jacob's working on this. You know, just ask him and he can help, you know, etcetera. Or he last worked on it last week. You know, you might wanna ping him to say, hey. When is this when when are we gonna get this? Can you please put a little more time into it? Interesting. And and it goes through this astonishingly fast. So, you know, this one is where essentially, I took a look at, all of how do I classify projects within the organization? Just took it like, you know, like a child. And then deep dive through analysis of what projects are to us. And this is, anti gravity just figuring things out, you know, just in goal mode working with me. And we just hit it, come back to it, you know, give it an answer. And basically, yeah, set it up in this kind of tiered process where, you know, first it kind of does a directory analysis, then it does, like, a file and metadata analysis. And then it kind of goes deep dive, and will actually read the content. And again, like, you know, this on any other platform would just be brutally expensive. Yeah. Users could not run this. And typically, you know, what I see is, you know, I actually show you show you what this looks like. I ran this within our demo environment. And we have, Vertex AI. This is the date that I I did comprehensive drive analysis, Google Drive analysis. It was a big it cost $40. In comparison, here's Fable five utilization for far less work for a single day for a single person. Wow. And, you know, when you look at that per day, you know, yes, you know, Fable 5.1 is better for kind of, strategic development tasks, but that's not what the bulk of our work is. And so I consolidate all research and analysis, quantitative analysis, legal analysis to the models that do that better and faster, which is Gemini 3.8 slash high. And then for, like, strategic works, more or less kind of other analysis of code basis, I'll use table. But yeah. So this is another another good example. And here's that that drive index, where we can kind of see see what it looks like. And not only did I take this as a drive index, and I think this kinda ties right in, I actually took my work organizing my Google Drive and I said, build a skill out of it. And so it went through, figured out what a skill is, built a skill, and then I can actually take that skill and and put it into Gemini enterprise. And the cool thing about anti gravity is that or the coolest thing is that, basically, it, you know, takes these goals, takes these workflows or whatever, works with you to figure it out. It was just a channel interface very similar to, you know, Gemini enterprise. But it has the full set of tools available on the system or whatever tools you would make it available to to get its job done. In contrast, when you essentially assign a job to an agent running in Google Cloud, They're extremely efficient. They're designed for efficiency. And so they're going to essentially pop up, be active, you know, consume CPU memory, etcetera. They're gonna have a very limited subset of tools to reduce, you know, security risk controls and some other stuff about cloud access. And, they're gonna do their job and shut down. And in contrast, we have a full laptop here, and, typically, people don't use they only use about 5% or so of their the capacity of capabilities of their laptops. On a Chromebook, you know, I might have 20 or so agents running simultaneously with access to every single tool that Linux has available, and I can optionally just add tools, you know, and essentially allow it to install things or install them myself. Interesting. And I don't even know how I don't have to know how to do those things. I just say, figure out how to install this and install this, you know. And within bounds, you know, not everyone should have those capabilities. But, it's really good for troubleshooting your own machine. I can just be like, hey, my WiFi is slow. What's going on? And it will just? look at the machine. Yeah. And then figure it out, like, or I I can't hear people on meetings half the time. Can you figure out what's going on? It will figure that out. It will look at the logs. It will come back and and explain to you in human language and be like, here's how you fix it. Would you like me to fix it for you? Which is amazing. What? So yeah. So we talked about kind of drive organization. I think one of my favorite ones with browser automation is, time sheets. And I I really dislike, filling time sheets. And so, so yeah. So I I just set it up so that it it runs time sheets and it runs periodically. Unfortunately, all of my time sheets are filled right now except for some very old kind of test ones. But, but I ran this and it, went through filled my time sheet, and it doesn't just fill my time sheet. It goes and it looks at all of the projects I have assigned, goes and looks at my time sheet. Browser automation, grabs that website, looks at the different projects that that are available as toggles and switches, and then uses those and does a research and analysis day by day of all my workspace activity. And then essentially creates mappings in between those projects, those workflows, those those tasks, all the way down to, you know, the documents, Gemini notes, etcetera. And then automatically just, maps these out, does it, and then saves a little screenshot of it of of its finished work, and then it saves a little logs and data breakdowns and everything. So, you know, and I built that into a skill so I can just do, time sheets. And then I just launch this time sheet automation, go do other work, and it just automatically takes care of it for me. And, you know, Wow. typically, Great. You have anti gravity take. filling your time sheet automatically. I need to get this happening for me. That's I agree with you. pretty sheets. are rough. And you just basically go do it, and then it happens with anti gravity. Exactly. Yeah. Wow. That's amazing. I'm wondering. if anyone in the call has any questions for you, Jake, while, we. have you here. We We do have to wrap up some things pretty, pretty quickly, but these. demos have been really, really awesome for a visual way to see how to use anti gravity and what it actually looks like to everybody. But does anyone have any questions for him? There's only a few times you get face to face with principal AI architects or or worst. So, please, if you want to take advantage of this time. Okey dokey. we're waiting, Yeah. just trying to think if there's anything I think probably the only other thing I kinda wanna show you is that, you know, since the kind of the principal discussion was around, security and governance, I just kinda wanna show you guys what these controls look like. You know, here's the exact thing. So I said, you know, we have browser access allowed, and all URLs are allowed. Oh, Gotcha. budgeting in GCP, that's just the, the billing tool. That's just straight up GCP, billing console. You need a billing viewer access, to to get that, get that access, but it's it's very straightforward. And, actually, there's one other view. So you have a bunch of MCP servers, custom MCP services that I've developed, and all sort all prompts and responses are logged into Google Cloud. So, you know, we can we can analyze my own workflows, optimize them. I can check to see if I was doing something bad, or someone can check to see if I was doing something that was not ideal, or if the controls and guards here are somehow being bypassed. And then I can approve different models for use. But these metrics here's usage and spending. Awesome. Uses and spending metrics are also here. And so I just dropped down into Gemini and Rise Plus. We can put in controls, and say, you know, lock it down, if people go over budget. Set limits, and these are per project, so it is pooled. But you can split multiple GE instances, distribute your licenses even per user, technically, but, that would be inefficient. And then, yeah, and then it would kinda give a breakdown of exactly how, people are using the tools, etcetera. And then, similar thing on the developer side, a little bit less focused on, dollars, and more kind of tokens. And you you guys, you know, sell the the the spend. These tokens are, you know, not expensive. Mapped straight to the billing with the Gemini enterprise, license quota, essentially quotas. A lot of this is just absorbed. Interesting. Yeah. But you can see how Cool. people are using. That's a really good bird's eye view of what's been happening. Yeah. And as. a last closing, I just wanna say these tools were for developers, but they're emerging as the most powerful, extensions of Google Cloud and AI in the workplace. I highly recommend learning this. You don't need a Gemini enterprise license to get started with this. You can actually use any Gmail account free that you wanna explore. Anti gravity two point o is what we've been looking at. That's a free download. Anti gravity CLI is much more powerful. Similarly powerful. It's a little bit more consolidated for developers, and engineers, and anti gravity IDE is something separate. It's not integrated into the ecosystem yet, so it kinda steer clear of that one for now. But, yeah, anti gravity two point o, just Awesome. Well, thank you so much, Jacob, for showing us this. It's really, really valuable. I really appreciate your technical knowledge and know how. We'll see you soon on another presentation like this. Appreciate your time. Amazing. I'm gonna share my screen one last time, folks. Really quickly to talk about worst exchange management subscriptions. We do something called a COE, which mainly means that we are your, your your finger on the pulse for AI of what's been happening. So there's Compass Essentials, Compass Standard, and Compass Visionary. Compass Essentials gets you access to the more access to these AI learning academies. You get live office hours, for q and a every month as well as a quarterly manager AI leadership consultant sessions. So I talk to you every quarter about the latest updates in AI that's happening. And then there's upgrades and and and and revamps every single level. So E and C that Compass Standard and Compass Visionary offer a wide variety of benefits, including things like, company wide trainings, worst adoption agent, and then, more dedicated consultancy, including consultancy and time with some of our engineers. So please talk to your account manager if that interests you at all. My other thing to mention is, we'd also mentioned we also do SMB Gemini Enterprise Deployment Kickstart packages. So you can see that, for a variety of different SKUs, we offer a variety of different setups and, and and platform, organization starter pack. So you can see that there's, some investments that that upgrade, versus what we can offer and help you with, including things like agent video training libraries. We have agent libraries already stacked and ready to go on how you can use Gemini enterprise automatically. And then, you know, adding in things like cloud platform setup and, secure foundations as well as additional system connectors, those are more on the upgraded packages side of things. But, we have a team, and that team is is also overseen by Jacob, who can help everyone, use Gemini Enterprise to the best of its capabilities. My last announcement is we are doing an event on the twenty fourth of of is that next week? That's, like, in a week and a half. And it is virtual, and you can see that it is a bunch of, AI demos. You can see that, this session is different, because we'll be showing four focused agents, that that will work for for new hires. So so, that'll organize that with some of our engineers. And you'll watch, how long it takes, what a human took to set it up, and you can ask any question you like during this up this webinar as well. So yeah. So check that out. That's virtual. Please use that link, that was posted in the chat to register. So, yeah, any other questions, please, don't hesitate to ask them right now in the last five minutes. But, thank you so much for joining these monthly webinars. We hold them on the third Wednesday of every month. So excited to see you guys back in next October or this coming October to see what crazy crazy updates we want to talk about. And, again, reach out to your account manager if you would like us to cover any specific topics or trends or or any questions that you might have. And we can may we can make a whole session about it, if if we like the suggestion enough. But I felt like this session was, perfect for the value that it provided right now because a lot of people are asking questions. So, so, again, thank you for joining this call. If you have any more questions, this is your chance. Thank you, Jacob, for being a guest on these calls. He's very appreciated. And please check out the previous recordings of our sessions as well. Last session, for instance, was on Workspace Studio. So, please check that out, and hope to see you on the next one. Great to see everybody, especially everybody from North Carolina. It was a nice group from there, and Boston too. So, so thanks everybody for joining. Again, my name is Chris Hopkins Ward. I'm an AI enabled specialist at Worstead. Email your Worstead account manager for any other questions. Thank you.
